Terms of Use

1. Messymoji is an iPhone app for making emoji stickers. By using the app you agree to these terms. You must be 13 or older to use the app.

2. Emoji artwork is Microsoft Fluent Emoji, © Microsoft Corporation, used under the MIT License. Stickers you make with the app are yours to use and share.

3. Do not use the app to make or share content that is illegal, harassing, or infringes someone else's rights. You are responsible for what you make and share.

4. Messages and public posts: don't send or post anything illegal or hateful, or anything that pretends to be someone else. We may decline to publish a message or remove personal details from it. When you choose to make a message public, you allow us to show it with your nickname on messymoji.com.

5. Messymoji Pro (auto-renewable subscription):

• Messymoji Pro Monthly: $4.99 per month. Messymoji Pro Yearly: $39.99 per year. These are U.S. prices; in other countries you pay the local price shown in the App Store.
• New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. You can get the trial once per Apple ID.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. If you start with a free trial, the first payment is charged when the trial ends.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone's Settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions. You can also open it from Settings → Manage Subscription in the app.
• If you buy a subscription during a free trial, any unused part of the trial ends when the purchase is made.
• Payments and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.

6. Ads: free users see ads served by Google AdMob: a banner on the canvas and in the Library, and an occasional full-screen ad after sending a sticker. You can choose to watch a video ad to save one sticker without the watermark, a limited number of times per day. Pro subscribers do not see ads. Your ad choices are explained in the Privacy Policy.

7. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) also applies to your use of the app.

8. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the app.

9. We may update these terms. If we make material changes, the app will ask you to agree again.

10. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
