How do I send a sticker?
When you save a moving sticker, the app buttons show up right away. For any sticker, you can also open it in your Library and tap Send. Pick an app and the sticker is copied for you, so in the chat just long-press the message box and tap Paste. iMessage opens a new message with the sticker already in it. Still stickers also show up in the Messages sticker drawer.
Why does my moving sticker look different in some apps?
Moving stickers are GIFs, and each app handles GIFs its own way. They play in iMessage, WhatsApp, Discord and Snapchat. Instagram DM shows them as still images. Telegram plays them faster and adds a black background. GIFs also can't have soft see-through edges, so outlines may look a little rough.
Why do my stickers look different on Instagram?
Instagram turns GIFs into still images, so moving stickers won't move in Instagram DMs. Static stickers send fine, but Instagram adds its own white outline around them. Both are Instagram's display settings, and we can't change them. For moving stickers, use iMessage, WhatsApp, Discord or Snapchat.
Why does my sticker show a background?
Some apps add a background when you send through the share sheet. For a clean, transparent sticker, copy it in Messymoji and paste it into the chat. For static stickers, you can also use the sticker keyboard.
Where are my stickers saved?
In your Library (☰ → Library). They sync with your iCloud, so they stay when you change phones or reinstall the app. If iCloud is off, they stay on this phone only.
How does the free trial work?
New subscribers get 7 days of Pro for free with the Monthly or Yearly plan. If you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, you won't be charged. You can get the trial once per Apple ID.
How do I cancel my subscription?
In the app, go to Settings → Manage Subscription. Or open your iPhone's Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before your next renewal. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app doesn't cancel your subscription.
How do I get Pro back on a new phone?
Sign in with the same Apple ID, then go to Settings → Restore Purchases.
Why is there a "messymoji" mark on my sticker?
Stickers saved on the free plan get a small "messymoji" mark. With Pro (including the free trial) there's no mark, and stickers already in your Library are redone without it.
How do I change my nickname?
Go to Settings → Nickname.
